Great company. Scheduling a maintenance service was very easy. They showed up on time and were very professional. Offered auto scheduling on an annual basis to remove any missed service issues.

We had been struggling to find a vendor for our portable generator maintenance. Everywhere we looked, you needed to bring the generator to a small engine spot or they only worked on specific brands. However, we found Residential Generator Service recently and, after a great chat with Marc, had our first maintenance visit today. Marc has always been an outstanding generator tech. . Knowledgable, prompt, reasonable. He explains everything in layman's terms and puts everything in writing.
