He brought the new parts that were needed and fixed the generator. This was a tremendous relief since the generator was looked at by two other companies and we got no results. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Marc has always been an outstanding generator tech. . Knowledgable, prompt, reasonable. He explains everything in layman's terms and puts everything in writing. If there would ever be a problem I know that I can count on him to be here and rectify it. I feel safe for my family having Marc to call in an emergency.
Fixed our generator after searching Google. I thought it was a more serious issue before they diagnosed it. Appreciate a quick and honest company. Both techs we dealt with were really nice as well.
Highly recommended. Marc arrived on time and explained everything he was doing regarding the tuneup . Looked at my transfer switches which I have inside my house in the basement. He was extremely impressed with the job my electrician did. Cleaned up after he did his work and was like he was never here.
I called Marc at night on Wednesday and he was at my house, on time, the next day. Worked on every aspect of my generator problem until he got it running again.

Marc, the technician, was truly knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed and corrected several important issues with the generator and the transfer switch. We have had individuals from other companies service this system and none were as competent and thorough as RGS. We are sticking with RGS and are confident that the right things will be done, the right way, at the right time and for all of the right reasons - and at a price that is more than fair.
