Mark was great. RGS was able to fit me in before a forecasted storm to make sure my portable Westinghouse generator was ready if needed. Visit & diagnostic charge is clearly stated on their website and repair charge was fair. He arrived on time and worked efficiently in sub-freezing temps. Thanks for great service!

I called at the wee hours of an upcoming snow storm with possible grid failure. We had been struggling to find a vendor for our portable generator maintenance. Everywhere we looked, you needed to bring the generator to a small engine spot or they only worked on specific brands. However, we found Residential Generator Service recently and, after a great chat with Marc, had our first maintenance visit today.
