Power at my home was out for 2 days. Have a Genarac generator. It quit late last night. Called RGS for service. They were here in an hour. Repaired the generator. Marc said it hasn't been properly serviced in years. Don't use an HVAC company to maintain your generator. THANKS MARC

We called this company for a generator replacement quote and Marc came out within just a few hours! The price was reasonable so we went ahead and hired them for the job. They ordered our generator and came back a few weeks later for the installation. Just 4 hours later, the new generator was up and running. Second time using Residential Generator Service, both times we’ve been completely satisfied with their work. Very knowledgeable servicemen, who don’t waste time (or money) on diagnostics, and are very reasonable with the hourly labor costs. We will be using them for any and all generator needs going forward.

UPDATE 5/5/2026: Annual servicing of our generator was uneventful, and performed within a couple of hours. Excellent support as always.

My experience with RGS was excellent. Zachary he took the time to explain what my service would entail in great detail. Scheduling was very easy and the communication before the service vist was extremely helpful. The service appointment was on time and everything went perfectly .Marc performed the service and I found him to be very knowledgeable, professional as well as courteous. I already scheduled my 6 month follow up service. I highly recommend RGS.
