Switched to this company after a few years of poor service with another and couldn't be happier. Today, after nearly 2 feet of snow, our generator had an issue and didn't fire up. I called Marc, who put me on the schedule and came out within 2 hours. Unfortunately he couldn't get to my home due to the snow but we stayed in contact, he even waited a bit to see if a plow would come. Since they didn't he went to another job and immediately came back again and got us up and running since the road was cleared by then. Friendly, communicative, flexible, reasonably priced and overall professional. Thank you!!

This company met all expectations, and then some! They responded to our call promptly, came out for our emergency generator repair on the same day as our request, went above and beyond by staying after business hours to make the repairs, provided important education, and charged a fair price. I would highly recommend them for annual servicing and/or repair of a residential generator!

Very pleased with the Tom & Zach. Very impressed with their communication & professional manner. They were very educated on Generac generator. All it took was one call to company & within minutes received call back and was able to set up an appointment. I was having generator issues and with the cold weather was concerned I would lose power and heat. When I called and spoke with Mark he was most understanding. About an hour or so later Tom and Zach arrived and took care of everything. All were professional and instructive. I now have a PM contract and will see them again in August. I highly recommend this company.

Mark was great. RGS was able to fit me in before a forecasted storm to make sure my portable Westinghouse generator was ready if needed. Visit & diagnostic charge is clearly stated on their website and repair charge was fair. He arrived on time and worked efficiently in sub-freezing temps. Thanks for great service!

I always can rely on them. My generator went down before the storm. They were easy to get a hold of, their communication was great and they came and fixed it all on the same trip. I work on generators for a living however these guys are experts on the Generac that I have so I leave it up to them. Great Job!

I called at the wee hours of an upcoming snow storm with possible grid failure. All other service providers were fully booked and not willing to come but Residential generator service came straight to my rescue.
