Zach from RGS came to perform our annual generator service on 4/1/26. The overall experience was similar to RGS's two previous visits: stellar! Zach notified us when he was about 30 minutes away and arrived right on time. He let us know when he was about to start and would check back in when he was finished. During the process, he took photos of the unit to document the system status, as well as his maintenance steps. In less than an hour, Zach finished the job and gave us a verbal summary of the work he performed. Throughout the entire process, Zach was courteous and professional.

It is very difficult to find companies that are dedicated to generator repair and maintenance. It is even harder to find reliable, knowledgeable technicians who meet expectations. Residential Generator Services (RGS), and its owner Marc, exceeded both challenges! I contacted RGS through their website and Marc called me back within a few hours. I briefly described the issue with my generator (Generac 22kw) and Marc indicated that it was an issue that he felt comfortable diagnosing and repairing. Within 90 minutes of arriving at my house, Marc adjusted the valves (cause of primary issue), performed annual maintenance, updated the operating system software, replaced the battery and the oil sensor, fully cleaned the inside and outside of the unit, and tested the transfer switch. It is like a brand new generator!
