HAD THE OPPURTUNITY TO MEET MARK TODAY........ALL I CAN SAY IS IF ALL BUSINESS MEN WERE AS PROFESSIONAL AS MARK WAS TODAY THIS WORLD WOULD BE IN A WHOLE LOT BETTER SHAPE THAN IT IS NOW. MARK INTRODUCED HIMSELF AND WENT RIGHT TO WORK, THE WHOLE TIME ASKING ME TO EXPLAIN TO HIM WHAT WAS GOING ON......HE METHODICALLY ISOLATED THE SYSTEM , CHECKED FOR VOLTAGE AND EXPLAINED THE FIRST STEP WAS TO FIND OUT WHY THE GENERATOR WAS NOT SEEING 120 VOLTS HE FOUND 2 OUT OF 3 FUSES BAD. HEPLACED THEM AND CONFIRMED POWER AT THE CONTROLLER, BUT...THE CONTROLLER WAS NOT SEEING THE 120 V HE EXPLAINED HE TESTED THE BACK OF THE CONTROLLER TO ONCE AGAIN VERIFY 120 V HE THEN SAID THE CONROLLER IS NOT RESPONDING AND IT NEEDS TO BE REPLACED....THE MINUTE HE INSTALLED A NEW CONTROLLER, THE GREEN LIGHT CAME ON HE SWITCHED IT TO AUTO MATIC, THE GENERATOR STARTED, WARMED UP JUST LIKE IT WAS SUPPOSED TO IT KICKED THE POWER BACK ON COOLED DOWN AND SHUT OFF READY TO RESPOND TO THE NEXT POWER FAILURE.
I KNEW NO ONE AT RGS, I TOOK A SHOT AND CALLED THEM.....NOT KNOWING WHAT OR WHO TO EXPECT. AFTER TODAY, MEETING MARK AND THE AMAZING SERVICE HE PROVIED, I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.....IF YOU HAVE AN EMERGENCY GENERATOR AND NEED SERVICE, CALL RGS AND ASK FOR MARK, YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED
